I have been in the roofing industry for quite a few years now and I started with a large company that focused more on selling than educating. After pushing myself to learn more about my field, I knew I needed to be a part of a company that took care of me and took even better care of our clients.

Throughout my years of being a Project Manager, the Sky Manor team has helped and provided me with the necessary tools and knowledge to properly educate each of my clients. I have worked closely with hundreds of homeowners and business owners through the insurance claims process to help ensure their claim is being properly handled and nothing is being left on the table.

One of my best qualities is persistence. I have tackled several projects that people leave alone because it is not a home run. After a lot of dedication and hard work, I get them turned around! Whether it comes to a standard asphalt roof or fully synthetic system, I have done my due diligence by throughly researching the newest products in my field.

My main priority to every client is to make sure you are being properly represented by your insurance carrier while getting the best possible product available on the market. I am here to help you protect your biggest investment.

Outside of my work life, I have a wonderful family and the best golden retriever that travels with me most days! We like to spend the weekend hiking or exploring the parts of Colorado that we have not yet seen. I also enjoy writing and am hoping to eventually self-publish a book that I have been working on over the years.

He helped me with all the steps along the way, far beyond what his job called for. He even helped me with the homeowners association so I would be sure to follow all their regulations. Our roof was definitely in need of replacement. As our insurance agent said, it was probably 10 years overdue. Charles with Sky Manor made the entire process easy, and worked out all of the details with our insurance company. When it came time for the install, they were quick, professional and paid attention to every detail. All of the old shake was hauled cleanly away, and the new F-Wave shingles were expertly installed and look great! I am waiting for our first hail storm so that we can really test them out. Not really, but here in Colorado, it’s probably inevitable. Bottom line, we 100% recommend Charles, Sky Manor and F-wave shingles. They are professional and will treat you right.

Charles did an incredible job from start to finish! On our third attempt to get our wood shake roof replaced due to hail/wind damage, we decided to replace wood roof with class 4 asphalt shingle. Charles was extremely helpful as we dealt with insurance company and made sure every detail of our roof replacement was handled professionally, quickly, efficiently, and in an always friendly manner. His crew manager, Martin was also extremely careful about making sure every detail was done correctly and made sure we were happy with the job they did. Highly recommend Charles and Sky Manor Roofing if you need any roof work done!
