Henry Francis

Hey! Thanks for taking an interest in me. I value all of my customers in every industry I have worked in. I believe in developing meaningful and lasting relationships with those that I work with because it adds significance to my work. My favorite commissions I receive are getting to meet all of you amazing people and learning something different from every one of my customers.

I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin and loved it. My father taught me how to work by having me bail hay and split wood to maintain to homestead. I played football for a nationally recognized coach in highschool who taught me success is a product of doing things right as well as how to act and treat others with respect. I then joined the Army National Guard and served 7 years as an infantrymen while trying college and working construction as a carpenter. I deployed to Afghanistan in 2019 and learned the value and price of freedom. I do not take our American opportunity lightly. Once I was back in country I started Real Remodel LLC and had two amazing years remodeling full bathrooms and kitchens which taught me the value of customer relationships and that quality demands the extra mile. Since I started working in insurance restoration I have learned to always prioritize service first and the sales will come second.

I look forward to effectively teaching you what storm damage looks like on your home and why your insurance takes the damage so seriously.
